Job summary

UNIQLO in Milpitas, CA seeks a seasoned Loss Prevention Manager to lead all LP programs and personnel across the store. You will drive loss ratio improvements and safety goals through collaboration with operations, HR and store teams.

Responsibilities include enforcing LP policies, training, building relationships, managing staff, and overseeing CCTV, alarms, investigations and security systems; travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal investigations and interviewing dishonest employees.
• Experience interfacing with law enforcement and legal professionals on criminal/civil matters.
• Knowledge of CCTV, EAS, alarm systems and security tech.
• Strong business acumen, intelligence and creativity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsibilities

• Enforce Loss Prevention policies and standards for the store and company.
• Implement and manage LP training and awareness programs for the team.
• Build positive business relationships within and outside the company.
• Train and lead LP staff for each assigned location.
• Create and audit shortage action plans in assigned area.
• Manage LP equipment (CCTV, access control, EAS, alarms).
• Lead internal/external investigations to reduce theft and fraud.
