Job summary

29th Street Living is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support leasing and occupancy across multiple apartment communities. You will travel between sites to conduct tours, process applications, and assist with resident retention, delivering an exceptional resident experience.

In this role, you will work closely with Community Managers to maximize occupancy, coordinate open houses, and maintain accurate leasing records.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience preferred, in multifamily housing, leasing, property management, sales, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Leads tours and showcases apartments; guides applicants from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications and leases accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain occupancy levels and assist with resident retention and renewals.
