Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Oakland is seeking a talented Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals across our properties. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and high resident satisfaction.

We value excellent customer service and organizational skills. A high school diploma and at least one year of sales or leasing experience are preferred; Yardi Voyager and MS Office familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.
• Proficient MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve resident inquiries.
• Tour properties, prepare lease documents, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, mail or email.
• Assist with planning resident activities to boost retention.
• Ensure properties are clean, safe, and ready for move-ins.
• Provide clerical support and process invoices as needed.
