Avenue5 Residential seeks a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant in Walnut Creek, CA. You will coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins/out, and lease renewals across multiple properties, while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

The role requires excellent customer service, scheduling discipline, and familiarity with property management tools like Yardi Voyager; a high school diploma and prior leasing or sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure retention.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare lease documentation and renewal paperwork.
• Tour model apartments and orient new residents to the property.
• Generate leasing reports and ensure daily open/close procedures are completed.
