Avenue5 Residential, LLC in Oakland is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals across properties. You will engage with prospective and current residents to drive occupancy and retention, while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires strong communication, sales aptitude, and experience with property management software (Yardi Voyager).

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use Yardi Voyager or another leasing system.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, and prepare lease documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and lease-related data.
• Assist with planning resident activities and respond promptly to requests.
