Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to coordinate all rental activities across properties in the Oakland area. You will engage with prospective residents, schedule tours, and handle move-in and renewal paperwork.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, accurate record-keeping, and timely follow-up with prospects. A strong knowledge of MS Office and Yardi Voyager is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospects, show apartments, prepare leases and move-in paperwork.
