Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to represent multiple properties, delivering outstanding resident service while driving leasing goals. You will manage showings, applications, and move-ins, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective and current residents.

The role emphasizes customer focus, sales drive, and organized operations across sites, with a schedule that covers evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Tech Proficiency: Intermediate MS Office; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the properties.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond to inquiries or concerns promptly.
