Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support several properties, delivering welcoming tours, processing applications, and driving occupancy. You will coordinate with teams to ensure smooth move-ins and accurate record-keeping while maintaining a high level of resident service.

The role requires availability for nights, weekends, and occasional Saturdays, with a schedule of 9 am–6 pm.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of Fair Housing laws a plus.
• Tech: Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI; social media a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the properties.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond promptly to resident inquiries.
• Process maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Conduct move-out inspections and assist with turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collections in accordance with Trinity's standards.
