Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen tenants, market available properties, conduct tours, and negotiate leases. You will ensure high occupancy, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional service while coordinating with the Property Manager and team to meet leasing goals.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties to qualified prospects and prepare lease paperwork.
• Conduct property tours and promote available units.
• Screen applicants and respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email.
• Assist with marketing events and promotions to maximize visibility.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain resident relationships.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
• Explain lease terms and community policies clearly and accurately.
• Support property manager and team to achieve leasing goals.
