Trinity Property Consultants in the United States is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to show, lease, and welcome residents across two or more properties, driving occupancy and delivering a seamless resident experience. You will handle applications, coordinate move-ins, and provide responsive service while collaborating with a team to maintain high standards and a thriving community.

This role requires availability for nights and weekends as needed and offers compensation plus lease

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus (e.g. knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the properties.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards.
• Support property management with administrative duties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
• Conduct move-out inspections and assist with property turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards.
