Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to represent two or more properties and deliver exceptional service to prospective and current residents. You will drive leasing goals, coordinate move-ins, and support a seamless resident experience across communities.

The role rewards with hourly pay, lease commissions, and renewal bonuses. Availability includes some evenings and weekends; MS Office and real estate software experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications (e.g., Fair Housing) a plus.
• Tech: Intermediate MS Office; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the properties.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in and ensure a smooth experience.
• Support marketing efforts to maintain strong occupancy and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Handle resident requests and coordinate maintenance with the team.
