Qualifications

• 1 year or more in customer service or sales; multifamily leasing preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with Yardi/Entrata a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple site tasks and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the properties.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently; coordinate move-ins.
• Support marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy; conduct market surveys.
