Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant in California to promote the Vivmark brand across communities and drive maximum occupancy and revenue while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will spend about 60% on new sales and tours, 30% on resident relations, and 10% on leasing administration, using proven sales techniques and CRM to manage leads and close leases. Reports to Community Manager or Area Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and spoken.
• Familiarity with fair housing laws advisable.
• Willing to work weekends and have flexible schedule.
• Proficient with computers and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Promote Equity Residential's brand.
• Coordinate onsite presence at properties.
• Proactively manage leads and CRM tasks.
• Present communities to prospects and build rapport.
• Manage tour schedules and close sales.
• Support resident relations and service coordination.
• Assist with leasing documents and move-in files.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws.
