Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to represent two or more properties, showing and leasing units while delivering excellent resident service. You’ll manage applications, coordinate move-ins, and support marketing efforts to sustain occupancy and drive leasing goals.

The role emphasizes customer focus, effective communication, and organizational efficiency, with a schedule Tue–Sat, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in California communities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications like Fair Housing laws are a plus.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the properties.
• Assist in completing market surveys and implement marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond promptly to resident inquiries or concerns.
• Handle maintenance requests and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Maintain unit availability and update community calendars.
