Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing or sales experience.
• Proficient with Yardi, Funnel and CRM systems.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute leasing and sales activities to reach occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and leases.
• Verify applicant information including background checks.
• Prepare move-in packages and ensure smooth move-ins.
• Follow up with prospects to secure renewals and referrals.
• Maintain show units and marketing spaces to company standards.
