Job summary

Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis LLC in Euclid, OH is seeking an IT Support & Operations Analyst to support IT operations and end-user services. The role requires hands-on technical support across Windows, Microsoft 365, and IT equipment, with travel to Marion, OH as needed.

Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, you will analyze ticket trends, develop reports, and participate in process improvements to enhance service delivery and the employee technology experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on IT support, service desk, or end-user support experience required.
• Experience supporting users in a corporate environment preferred.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, PCs, printers, and endpoint tech required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 end-user support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and end-user technologies.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software and IT equipment.
• Deliver onsite and remote support across office and manufacturing environments.
• Maintain accurate ticket records, troubleshooting notes, and asset tracking; coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Travel to/from MD&A's Marion, OH facility as needed (1–2 times per month).
