Job summary

Centor is seeking an IT Operations Administrator to oversee daily operation, maintenance, and security of the IT environment. The role is onsite in Millersburg, Ohio and requires close collaboration with corporate IT, vendors, and staff.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years IT support or systems administration experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and Active Directory. Onsite work with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2-5 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and user administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Set up and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support Microsoft 365, business applications, networks, and connectivity.
• Maintain IT assets, licenses, documentation, and system records.
• Support cybersecurity, backups, system updates, and access controls.
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with corporate IT and outside technology vendors.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment and system access.
• Provide employees with basic technology and cybersecurity guidance.
• Perform other IT duties as assigned.
