Job summary

Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis LLC (MD&A) in Euclid, OH is seeking an IT Support & Operations Analyst to support IT operations and end-user technology across locations, with travel to Marion, OH as needed. The role combines hands-on user support with operational reporting and process improvement to enhance service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of IT support experience, strong customer service, and practical knowledge of Windows/Microsoft 365, ITSM tools, and asset management.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT, CIS, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of hands-on IT support/service desk experience required.
• Experience supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, PCs, printers, and mobile devices.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as Freshservice or ServiceNow preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Willingness to travel between locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests at the service desk.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and related end-user tech.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and AV equipment.
• Deliver onsite and remote support across office and industrial environments.
• Maintain ticket records, applications, inventory, and asset tracking.
• Support onboarding, equipment deployment, and user setup processes.
• Assist with process improvement and IT operations documentation.
