Job summary

48forty-Solutions, LLC is seeking an Infrastructure Leader to own the technology backbone across plants, relogistics sites and corporate offices. You will lead a distributed team, set standards, and drive a resilient, standardized cloud and on‑premises platform with a strong security posture.

You will manage Azure, identity, DR, network across twenty+ locations, and partner with Finance, Operations and executive leadership to ensure production continuity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT fields.
• 10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience; 5+ years leading people.
• Hands-on depth in Azure and M365 architecture and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the IT infrastructure team across cloud and on‑premises.
• Set and enforce infrastructure standards, architecture, and multi‑year roadmap.
• Own Azure estate design, identity, governance, and cost management.
• Oversee disaster recovery, patching, vulnerability remediation and lifecycle refresh.
• Collaborate with business systems, data teams, Finance and Legal.
