Job summary

Terrible's is seeking an IT Field Technician to provide on-site support, installation, and troubleshooting across multiple company locations in the Las Vegas area. You will handle end-user devices, POS, payment systems, and gaming technology to ensure a reliable tech experience for employees and customers.

The role requires travel between sites, strong customer service, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed to support store openings, remodels, and incidents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years in field services/desktop support or similar IT role.
• Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and end-user hardware.
• Experience troubleshooting wired/wireless networks.
• Retail/gaming/operational tech experience preferred.
• CompTIA A+/Network+/Microsoft certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and conference-room tech.
• Travel to locations to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices and business tech solutions.
• Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and key software.
• Maintain POS systems, payment terminals, and retail tech.
• Troubleshoot fuel forecourt technologies and network devices.
• Manage wired/wireless networks, switches, APs, firewalls.
• Support VoIP systems and telecom equipment.
• Coordinate deployments for openings, remodels, relocations, and acquisitions.
• Document incidents and resolutions in ITSM system.
• Maintain IT asset records and lifecycle activities.
