Job summary

Clover Sonoma is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to maintain IT infrastructure across multiple sites in Northern California. You will provide Tier 1 and 2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and production systems, ensuring uptime in a fast-paced, production environment.

The role requires early shifts and on-call rotation, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication, with travel between Petaluma sites and distributor locations.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years IT desktop or technical support experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Google Workspace, Office 365, and Active Directory.
• Understanding of Route Accounting, Warehouse Mobility, and handheld scanner technologies.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel between Petaluma sites and remote distributor locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Maintain detailed resolution notes and update help desk tickets.
• Support remote employees and distributors using VPN and RDP.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Mac environments.
• Assist with network connectivity and server maintenance.
