LCB Senior Living LLC is seeking a Human Resources Business Specialist to promote our mission across communities and support HR and the business office. You will report to the Director of Human Resources Operations and help organize all business office functions, lead HR initiatives, and manage payroll, vendor payments, and policy compliance.

The role requires travel to multiple communities, coordination with directors, onboarding of new BODs, and collaboration with Accounting, Payroll, and HR

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in a business office leadership or HR leadership role, including accounting, payroll and HR responsibilities.
• Knowledge of receivables, collections, and payroll processes is required.
• Ability to work with department leaders and communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary HR partner to Executive Directors and Regional/Operational leaders.
• Support with HR policies, procedures, compliance, risk management, and census related tasks.
• Lead payroll and budget-related processes; assist with accounts payable/receivable across communities.
• Coordinate onboarding, coaching, and development for Business Office Directors.
• Travel to multiple communities and work on-site as needed.
• QA and process improvement for HR and accounting functions.
