Orion Castings, a leading North American die-cast and machined components provider, seeks an HR Manager to lead HR across Massachusetts and New Hampshire manufacturing locations, partnering with plant leadership to drive results.

The role covers employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, training, and compliance with federal and state laws; a data-driven approach and experience with HRIS/ERP systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership or a related field required. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager role.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and/or multi-state operations.
• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience strongly preferred.
• Experience partnering with plant leadership to support operational and workforce objectives.
• High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information.
• Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary HR Manager for multiple locations across MA and NH.
• Partner with Plant Manager and operational leaders to develop workforce strategies.
• Lead employee relations activities including investigations, coaching, and actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Manage performance processes, development plans, and succession planning.
• Coach and advise managers on leadership, engagement, and organizational changes.
• Administer compensation programs, promotions, and salary administration.
• Support benefits administration and leave programs (FMLA, ADA, workers' comp).
• Monitor HR metrics and analyze workforce data for trends.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data integrity.
• Support EHS to promote a safe workplace and OSHA compliance.
• Ensure consistent policy application across locations.
• Prepare HR reports, budgets, and staffing forecasts.
• Participate in audits and maintain documentation.
