Granite State Manufacturing seeks a Senior Human Resources Generalist to partner with leadership across multiple facilities in New Hampshire. You will lead talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and policy implementation while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

This role emphasizes workforce planning, onboarding, and driving a positive employee experience in a technically demanding manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years supporting manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.
• Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation administration, compliance, and training.
• Supports multi-site manufacturing facilities.
• Coordinate onboarding, benefits, leave, and policy administration; advisory to leadership on HR programs and compliance.
