• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or HRBP role.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR point of contact for designated offices/departments.
• Ensure policies and handbook are communicated and applied.
• Handle employee relations with empathy; conduct investigations.
• Manage disciplinary processes with fairness and compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding with HR team members.
• Manage offboarding, exit interviews, and asset return.
• Collaborate with safety/compliance on factory HR practices.
• Coach managers on performance, disciplinary actions, and conflicts.
• Maintain confidentiality and policy consistency.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
