Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an on-site HR professional to partner with the HR Manager, Plant Manager and site leadership across multiple facilities in Ohio. You will support employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, and people analytics while traveling to ensure consistent policy implementation and a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in HR/Business, 3+ years HR experience, strong communication, compliance knowledge, and HRIS/reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience required. Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, employee relations, compliance, and analytical skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR reporting.
• Travel between facilities is required to ensure consistent implementation of company policies, programs, and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to identify workforce needs and support recruitment strategies.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training activities.
• Serve as a trusted HR resource to employees and leaders.
• Assist with HR technology platforms including HRIS, payroll, learning management systems, and employee self-service tools.
• Maintain attendance, workforce, and employee records with data integrity.
• Develop and distribute HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Analyze turnover, retention, and engagement trends to inform actions.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and investigations.
