Qualifications

• 7+ years professional HR experience.
• 3+ years of leading teams.
• Broad HR background in talent management, compensation and employee & labor relations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders to deploy human capital solutions aligned to business strategy.
• Lead HR processes, coach managers, and deliver timely HR outcomes.
• Walk the floor to assess employee relations and maintain culture.
• Guide compensation administration and performance management.
• Mentor the HR team and drive data-driven continuous improvement.
