Job summary

Southern Indiana ENT is seeking a Practice Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, supervise non-clinical staff, and implement policies and procedures while ensuring high-quality patient care.

You will support physicians with clinical oversight, coordinate services, manage budgets, and liaise with corporate leadership. Travel to all clinic locations is required.

Qualifications

• College degree with five years related experience and/or training.
• Healthcare Management experience.
• 2+ years of Communications or Marketing experience in healthcare.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for multi-site healthcare practice.
• Supervise non-clinical staff and enforce policies and procedures.
• Provide clinical oversight support to physicians and coordinate services.
• Ensure OSHA/CLIA compliance and maintain safe, efficient patient care workflows.
