Job summary

Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health is seeking a Practice Manager for the ENT department. The role oversees ambulatory/physician office operations across multiple sites, directing staff and coordinating with physicians to ensure cost-effective, high-quality patient care services.

Travel is involved to Brandon, Tampa, Wesley Chapel and Zephyrhills. Responsibilities include developing growth strategies with leadership, monitoring budgets and reimbursements, and leading staff hiring and training.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in healthcare, business or related field; or two (2) years of directly related work experience may substitute for the Associates degree.
• Three (3) years of experience in a lead role.
• Knowledge of fiscal, human resources and employee development to ensure organization productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple practice sites and manages relationships with physicians, employees, policy bodies and third party payers.
• Leads budget development and monthly variance reporting to senior leadership.
• Facilitates monthly business review meetings with physicians and nursing leadership.
• Participates in reimbursement analysis, fee schedule analysis and revenue projections.
• Manages hiring, training, performance standards, coaching plans and disciplinary actions.
• Ensures regular attendance and compliance with policies.

Education

Associate’s degree in healthcare, business or related field; or two (2) years of directly related work experience
