Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc is seeking a Director of Health Systems Operations in Oakland. This senior leadership role directs on-site service programs, drives financial performance and builds strong relationships with hospital administrators and clinicians.

You will lead teams across designated sites, manage equipment inventories, and partner with executives to deliver patient-centered equipment management solutions. A strong background in healthcare operations and P&L ownership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, healthcare or related field.
• 10 years of supervision/management experience and customer excellence experience.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry including hospital medical equipment, supply chain management and biomedical engineering.
• Budget management, contract management, and service profitability experience.
• P&L and budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to on-site service programs to meet operating and financial goals.
• Manage customer relationships and identify solutions to promote revenue growth and cost containment.
• Oversee medical equipment inventory and par levels.
• Set short- and long-term goals and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Recruit, train and develop staff and provide stretch assignments for high potential employees.
• Coach team members and maintain credibility with hospital administration and staff.
• Collaborate with site managers, account executives and divisional directors during customer meetings.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns and conflicts using effective resolution skills.
• Ensure safety, health, and quality compliance with policies and regulations.
