Agiliti is seeking a Hospital Operations Coordinator to lead daily hospital operations in the absence of the Operations Manager and to help meet contracted metrics. The role includes overseeing equipment flow, inventory, and ASSET360 program compliance, while supervising HST personnel and coordinating staffing to maintain a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hospital operations in the absence of the Operations Manager.
• Oversee equipment flow and inventory to support Asset Management.
• Address nursing staff concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise HST personnel including training and performance reviews.
• Coordinate staff schedules to optimize coverage and staff retention.
• Deliver HST training and ensure ASSET360 policy compliance.
• Coach staff in problem solving and communication.
• Assist in daily tasks like patient rounds and equipment deliveries.
