Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Manager/Director of Solution Management to shape and drive service offerings across Clinical Engineering, Medical Equipment Rental, Patient Handling, Asset Management, and Laser Support Services.

You will lead cross-functional teams to validate market opportunities, create ROI-based business models, and integrate new solutions into sales processes while partnering with marketing, sales, operations, finance, and legal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution/product management, service marketing, and strategic solution development in healthcare.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into market requirements and viable service offerings.
• Experience building a differentiated, ROI-validated business model.
• Knowledge of healthcare products and services market.
• Strong technical understanding for the assigned solution area.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute winning strategies for service product offerings.
• Understand and become SME on the solution offering and related services/equipment.
• Create and manage the solution business model and ROI analyses.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, finance, and legal for approvals.
• Integrate offerings into sales processes and enablement tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on pricing and customer value realization.
• Conduct beta pilots with customers to validate value.
• Research buy/build/partner opportunities and lead deployment readiness.
• Review performance and propose service innovations or ramp-downs.
• Lead go-to-market plans with downstream marketing.
• Educate and train teams on features and benefits.
• Review mergers and acquisitions due diligence when applicable.
