Job summary

Propelled Brands Franchising, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day upkeep for approximately 6–10 My Salon Suite locations. You will coordinate with district managers, vendors, and property management to keep locations safe, clean, and lease-ready.

The role involves hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting within training scope, and coordinating with the Facilities Project Manager on larger repairs and projects, with after-hours responses as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of general, commercial, or facilities maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of general building maintenance and systems.
• Experience with multi-location facilities and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs within scope of training and licensing.
• Coordinate with vendors, property management, and District Managers on facility needs.
• Manage work orders from request to closeout with documentation.
• Support new locations and renovation projects as needed.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as required.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance parts and coordinate with facilities team.
