Job summary

Propelled Brands Franchising, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day maintenance and preventive tasks for a portfolio of My Salon Suite locations. You will coordinate with district managers, vendors, and property teams to keep spaces safe, clean, functional, and lease-ready.

Ideal candidates have hands-on trade knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple sites, including after-hours calls. Training and safety compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of general, commercial, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with salons, retail, or multi-tenant environments preferred.
• Knowledge of general building maintenance: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, doors/locks.
• Experience with CMMS/work-order systems preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance work orders from initial request through closeout.
• Coordinate with District Managers on daily upkeep and readiness.
• Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors for HVAC, plumbing, electrical work.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance parts and documents.
