Job summary

Propelled Brands Franchising, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day upkeep, preventive maintenance coordination, and repairs for a portfolio of approximately 6-10 My Salon Suite locations. You will work with District Managers, vendors, and property management to keep sites safe, clean, and lease-ready.

The ideal candidate will handle routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with licensed professionals when needed, with after-hours emergency response possible

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in general, commercial, or facilities maintenance.
• Experience with salons, retail, or multi-tenant properties preferred.
• Strong understanding of building maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders and coordinate with vendors to complete repairs.
• Support daily facility upkeep and location readiness.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs within scope.
• Coordinate with District Managers and Facilities Project Manager on priorities.
• Travel between locations to conduct maintenance assessments.
