Job summary

Propelled Brands, a multi-brand franchising company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for My Salon Suite portfolio. You will cover day-to-day maintenance across 6-10 locations, handle preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and keep facilities safe, clean, and lease-ready.

You will troubleshoot routine issues, decide when to escalate to licensed professionals, and work with District Managers and property management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of general facilities maintenance preferred.
• Experience with salons, retail, or multi-location properties preferred.
• Demonstrated hands-on knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance requests from tickets to closeout with vendors.
• Coordinate with District Managers on daily upkeep and readiness.
• Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs.
• Ensure locations are safe, clean, and lease-ready.
• Travel between assigned locations for maintenance tasks.
