Job summary

Propelled Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician for My Salon Suite, overseeing 6–10 locations. You will perform routine maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and support make-ready projects while ensuring safety and compliance. This role requires hands-on repair skills, problem solving, and the ability to travel between sites as needed.

The position offers competitive pay and benefits, with after-hours emergency response and close collaboration with District Managers and property teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of general, commercial, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with salons, retail, commercial properties, or multi-tenant environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Member Service/SuiteForce tickets from initial request through completion, troubleshooting, routine repairs, vendor coordination, documentation, communication, and closeout.
• Partner with District Managers and field management on daily facility upkeep, priorities, Brand Standards, and location readiness.
• Maintain an organized maintenance schedule and complete work within deadlines and approved budgets.
• Proactively identify recurring issues, safety concerns, facility trends, and preventive maintenance opportunities and communicate recommendations.
• Travel between assigned locations to complete maintenance activities and support location needs.
