Job summary

Propelled Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a portfolio of My Salon Suite locations. You will manage day-to-day maintenance, preventive tasks, repairs, and ensure spaces remain safe, clean, functional, and lease-ready.

You will troubleshoot, coordinate with vendors, and work with District Managers to support facility priorities and budgets. Travel between sites and after-hours emergency readiness are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in general, commercial, or facilities maintenance.
• Experience with salons, retail properties, or multi-tenant environments preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting and basic systems.
• Hands-on patching, drywall, painting, and finish work experience preferred.
• Experience with work-orders, vendor coordination, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders from initial request through completion with vendors.
• Coordinate daily facility upkeep with district managers and field management.
• Maintain maintenance schedules and budgets for locations.
• Identify safety concerns and preventive maintenance opportunities.
• Travel between assigned locations to perform maintenance activities.
• Perform routine maintenance within training/licensing requirements.
