Job summary

PPCWNY is seeking a Senior Manager, Facilities & Security Operations to lead facility operations, maintenance, and safety across Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse locations. You will oversee vendor contracts, capital projects, compliance, and security coordination to keep spaces safe, compliant, and welcoming for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Facilities Management or related field preferred; equivalent combos considered.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive facilities management experience incl. projects, vendors, leadership.
• Experience supervising staff and managing multi-site operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations across all affiliate locations (maintenance, repairs, landscaping, environmental services).
• Supervise facilities and security personnel; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Manage vendor contracts, scopes of work, bids, and project delivery; coordinate capital projects.
• Ensure OSHA, ADA, life-safety, and environmental regulatory compliance across sites.
• Support budgeting, financial stewardship, and development of operating plans and dashboards.
