Job summary

Lawley Insurance in Buffalo, NY is seeking an experienced Facilities and Safety Administrator to oversee 17 offices across multiple states. The role travels up to 20% to support our growing footprint and ensures a safe, compliant environment that supports business operations.

You will manage vendor and landlord relationships, leases, safety programs, and space planning, while collaborating with HR and Business Continuity to maintain a secure and efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities coordination/administration.
• Associate degree (A.A. or A.S.) preferred, or equivalent experience demonstrating the knowledge and skills necessary to perform the role.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% across offices across the footprint.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and windows-based software.
• Demonstrated problem solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities, safety and space planning across 17 locations.
• Manage vendor/landlord relationships and service providers.
• Maintain safety compliance, OSHA postings, and safety notices across locations.
• Coordinate lease administration and negotiations with legal counsel and stakeholders.
• Administer parking programs and access control for offices.
• Support security procedures and visitor/vendor access.
• Maintain inventory of furniture and fixtures and assist in purchasing.
• Collaborate with HR and Business Continuity to ensure a safe work environment.
