Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Central and Western New York seeks a Senior Manager, Facilities & Security Operations to oversee operations, maintenance, and security across clinical and program sites in Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse. This working leadership role combines hands-on facility work with staff supervision and vendor management.

The role partners with Health Services, Compliance, Quality & Risk, IT, Finance, HR, Security, and Operations to support priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in facilities management or related field with project/contractor responsibility.
• Minimum of 3 years in supervisory, leadership, or project management roles.
• Experience across multiple facilities, campuses, or geographic locations.
• Experience budgeting, capital planning, and cost management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel between affiliate locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations across all affiliate locations, including maintenance, repairs, and site readiness.
• Lead vendor management, contractors, and capital projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure OSHA, ADA, life safety, and environmental compliance across sites.
• Develop and monitor operating budgets; assist with capital planning.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and staff development; collaborate with HR.
