Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Central and Western New York is seeking a Senior Manager, Facilities & Security Operations to lead affiliate-wide facilities across Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse. This role blends hands-on operations with staff supervision, vendor management, budgeting, and capital projects to maintain safe, compliant, and welcoming clinics for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in facilities, construction, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive facilities management experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites and vendors/contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations across affiliate locations.
• Supervise facilities and security personnel; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Manage vendor contracts, bids, and project execution within budget.
• Coordinate capital projects, renovation, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, life-safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support emergency preparedness, business continuity, and risk management.
• Develop and monitor operating budgets and capital planning.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across departments.
