Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager for facilities and construction across multi-site retail locations.

The role coordinates vendors, schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communication while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of project management experience, strong Excel and problem-solving skills, and a BS/BA or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in facilities/construction.
• Experience with multi-site retail projects preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support Program and Senior Project Managers in evaluating new project requests.
• Coordinate with store teams to gather information and ensure scope readiness.
• Manage day-to-day project administration, including uploading docs and issuing WOs/POs.
• Communicate schedules, milestones, and updates to stakeholders and vendors.
• Solicit bid requests from approved vendors for standard facility projects.
