Mariner Finance is seeking a senior leader to manage Construction Project Management, Facilities Operations, and Contracts/Procurement across its multi-site portfolio in the United States. You will oversee Project Managers and functional leaders, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in multi-site facilities or construction, with 3+ years in people management. PMP certification preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree; additional applicable experience may be substituted.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of multi-site facilities, construction management, capital project management, procurement, or related operational functions.
• Minimum of three (3) years of people-management experience leading project management, facilities, construction, procurement, or related operational teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading construction and capital projects within a geographically dispersed, multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of facilities operations, construction practices, capital project management, contracts/procurement, and vendor oversight.
• Ability to read and interpret construction, architectural, engineering, and other technical project documentation.
• Experience managing operating and/or capital budgets, project costs, forecasts, contracts, expenditures, and cost-control activities.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or related certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution and performance of Construction Project Management, Facilities Operations, and Contracts/Procurement across a multi-site portfolio.
• Oversee Project Managers, functional managers, and team members responsible for construction, facilities operations, procurement and vendor management.
• Translate priorities into functional plans and monitor execution across areas.
• Partner with senior leaders to support growth, asset preservation, reliability, and service delivery.
• Oversee budgets, expenditures, and cost-control activities across assigned areas.
• Ensure compliance with life safety requirements, codes, permits, and company standards.
• Provide status updates and recommendations to support planning and decision-making.
• Foster collaboration with Real Estate, Finance, IT, HR and other functions.
