Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for High-End Retail Construction to lead a program management team across regional projects, coordinating owners, general contractors, designers and vendors to deliver facilities on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in construction management or related field, 15+ years in multi-site retail construction, strong leadership, travel readiness, and professional certifications such as PMP or CCM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Experience managing multi-site projects in retail/high-end retail regionally or nationally.
• Strong leadership, client-facing skills, and ability to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget targets.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders for project execution.
• Monitor progress, costs, quality, and safety; manage change orders and site documentation.
• Lead site visits, inspections, and due diligence reviews to assess conditions and assets.
• Prepare scopes, budgets, schedules, and status updates; report findings to stakeholders.
• Support capital improvements and asset replacement initiatives; maintain client relationships.
