Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the full campus operations, both interior and exterior. The ideal candidate will manage safety, maintenance, and utilities, with strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

You will partner with site leadership to support rapid expansion, supervise contractors, manage the facilities budget, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the production and test spaces.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in aerospace/defense/manufacturing facilities.
• Associates degree in Engineering or AS in Engineering Technology.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Certified Facility Manager credentials a plus.
• Experience managing EHS in a facility.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Independent worker who can handle ambiguity.
• Detail-oriented with 100% regulatory compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage day-to-day facilities operations of a large campus.
• Partner with site leadership to support expansion and growth.
• Oversee maintenance of HVAC, fire suppression, plumbing.
• Develop scopes of work for MEP projects.
• Collaborate with equipment owners on moves and workflows.
• Source, negotiate, and manage maintenance contracts.
• Manage the facilities budget and expenses.
• Ensure health and safety regulatory compliance.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Execute special projects for Head of Advanced Infrared Solutions.
• Implement regulatory programs for site compliance.
