Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Workplace Manager to lead and optimize our Huntsville facilities, ensuring a productive, employee-friendly environment. You will own office operations, seating, space utilization, vendor relations, and project delivery across the Southeast region.

You’ll collaborate with Production, R&D, IT, and leadership to drive efficient space planning, onboarding logistics, and site services while maintaining compliance, safety, and rapid execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day general office operations across teams in the Southeast region.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address office-related concerns and implement solutions.
• Own seating arrangements, space utilization, and onboarding logistics for new hires.
• Manage all office maintenance and repair requests and ensure swift resolution.
• Manage vendor relationships for office services (e.g., cleaning, maintenance).
• Plan, manage, and deliver workplace-related projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate internal and external events, ensuring seamless execution.
• Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, keeping stock levels optimal.
• Develop and deliver clear communications about workplace updates and improvements.
