Job summary

Anduril Industries in Ashville, Ohio is seeking an Associate Facilities Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of key facilities initiatives across our industrial spaces. You will work closely with the Facilities Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure offices, production, manufacturing, and testing environments operate efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience leading facilities operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Technical training or hands-on experience in plant engineering, facilities maintenance, or a related field.
• Experience working with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and preventative maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms and ERP systems.
• Experience supporting vendor management and service contracts.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple operational responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across technicians, engineers, and leadership.
• Familiarity with fire life safety systems and building operations.
• Understanding of OSHA, environmental regulations, building codes, NFPA, and NEC.
• Flexibility to travel and support multiple locations as needed.
• Ability to respond to facilities issues or operational needs outside standard business hours when required.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Build maintenance plans and schedules for multiple sites.
• Coordinate facilities operations across office, production, manufacturing, and testing environments.
• Oversee MEP projects from scope to completion across sites.
• Manage incoming facilities service requests and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Create and track purchase orders for facilities supplies, equipment, and services.
• Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance with engineers and service providers while ensuring security procedures.
• Vendor management for maintenance; develop SOWs, schedule work, review service reports, and ensure follow-ups.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and facilities equipment areas to support readiness.
• Support infrastructure needs including equipment setup and facility improvements.
• Coordinate and oversee facility vehicles, including maintenance planning and inspections.
• Lead initiatives to improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability of facilities operations.
