Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Planner to join our Facilities Operations team. You will develop model work orders and comprehensive maintenance plans for our R&D, production, manufacturing, and test site spaces, ensuring reliability and safety.

Collaborate with equipment owners, environmental, safety, and health teams, and senior leadership to align maintenance work with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance planning in aerospace/defense or manufacturing facilities.
• CMMS training with model work orders, preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical (480V 3-phase), hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Experience with forklifts, aerial lifts, gantry cranes and hoists.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create model work orders and detailed maintenance plans, including SOPs and quality standards for day-to-day maintenance in our industrial space.
• Scope mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing (MEP) work as the space evolves.
• Collaborate with equipment owners on future equipment installations and planning for space efficiency.
• Collaborate with Environmental, Safety, and Health to ensure we are compliant on scheduled inspections.
• Help set the culture of the company by working with senior leadership to create a can-do, customer-focused environment.
