Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Associate Facilities Manager to join our Ashville, Ohio team. You will support the planning, coordination, and execution of key facilities initiatives across our industrial spaces, partnering with the Facilities Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient operations in offices, production, manufacturing, and testing environments.

You will build maintenance plans, manage multi-site operations, oversee MEP projects, and coordinate service requests

Qualifications

• Facility operations experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience with CMMS and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Build maintenance plans and schedules across multiple sites.
• Oversee facilities operations in offices, production, manufacturing, and testing environments.
• Manage MEP projects from scope to completion for multiple sites.
• Coordinate service requests and vendor activities to ensure timely resolution.
• Track purchase orders for facilities supplies, equipment, and services.
• Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance with internal engineers and external providers.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and equipment areas to support readiness.
• Assist with infrastructure needs including equipment setup and facility improvements.
• Coordinate facility vehicles—maintenance planning, inspections, and compliance."
• Contribute to facilities operational initiatives to improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
